Business focus

  • Our service platform is designed to cater to mid to large size clients that require more than insurance transactional services, but seek broader Risk Management advice and service. The senior people we recruit are individuals that have considerable experience and depth in working on the more complex needs of large risk managed organizations. Of the independent firms, this is quite unique. .

Service levels

  • Our goal is to meet and exceed the service expectations demanded by each of our clients. We do so by ensuring our staff levels continue to fully meet the daily needs of our clients. Our employees are able to devote 95% of their time to client service, as we look to limit internal activity and administration to no more than 5%. This contrasts sharply with multi-national firms where one of the common complaints of brokers is that a large part of their time is consumed by administration, internal reporting and long internal sessions.

Flexibility

  • We have the flexibility to structure our service platform to fit each individual client’s needs. Multi-national insurance brokers tend to design a generic service platform; this becomes their standard service offering and they charge for it accordingly. We find many clients want customized service… some want bundled services and others prefer an unbundled approach, where services can be focused on their unique requirements.

Competitive Fees

  • Because of our efficient structure, reduced overhead and the fact that we are able to liberate a much greater portion of our employees’ time towards client servicing, we are able to competitively price our fee for service.

Partnership

  • We are able to seek out and partner with other firms in order to enhance or satisfy any given client’s needs. Sometimes this can be to satisfy geographic requirements and at other times it is to satisfy specialty expertise requirements.
